To help mine sites fulfill their sustainability commitments, Kal Tire has developed a leading-edge thermal conversion recycling process that converts scrap tyres back to their original components and fuels a circular economy.
In West Australia’s remote, rural and Indigenous communities, a gap in eye health care puts residents at greater risk of vision loss and blindness. We are proud to support Lions Outback Vision, an organization that travels across West Australia to deliver eye health services and help people preserve their eyesight.
To support the Australia mining community, Kal Tire donated tyre fitting services and tyre and rim assemblies for a CAT underground loader that was rebuilt and sold as part of the Mining Legend Project. Proceeds from the sale of the loader went to various Australian charities and organizations that support mining families in times of need.
